RATES AND POLICIES

All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are based on double occupancy

SUNRISE SUITE

Minimum stay: two nights. Families welcomed in this accommodation.

One bedroom with a queen and twin bed, living room with queen sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, CD player, full bathroom, dining area and kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove. Private entrance with 12' X 18' furnished deck.

Peak Season: Daily rate: $175.00 (additional person $20.00)
Weekly rate: $1150.00 (additional person $120.00)
Low Season: Daily rate: $150.00 (additional person $15.00)
Weekly rate: $975.00 (additional person $100.00)

Breakfast service (adults only) is 20.00 per person/day.
Pets: Prior arrangement only. There is a $25.00 charge/pet/stay
Four night minimum booking in July/August. Shorter stays may be accommodated if available.

GUEST ROOMS - Adult oriented

Minimum stay – two nights

SAND DOLLAR ROOM:

Oceanside room with private entrance, queen bed, combination bath and sitting area.
Daily rate: Without breakfast: $145.00 with breakfast: $175.00

STARFISH ROOM:

Oceanside room with private entrance, king bed, sitting area with fireplace, in- room jetted tub, and private bath with shower.
Daily rate: Without breakfast: $165.00 with breakfast: $195.00

SCALLOP ROOM:

......for the convenience of our STARFISH ROOM guests who may be traveling with a third adult.
Daily rate: Without breakfast: $35.00 with breakfast: $50.00

Hot tub, hot beverage bar, fridge and picnic area is available for guests.

Children and Pets: Families are welcome in the SUNRISE SUITE only and pets are accepted on a pre-arrangement basis only (there is a charge of 25.00/pet/stay). Our guest rooms are adult-oriented and are not suitable for pets or young children.

Reservations: One night's deposit is required to confirm your reservation. A $300.00 deposit is required for weekly bookings. The balance is due upon arrival. Telephone reservations must be confirmed with VISA/MC deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation or reduced stay is required 14-30 days prior to arrival date or full payment for your booking id required. If the vacancy is filled, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged and credit given for the remainder of your deposit.
Note: 30 days cancellation notice is required for weekly bookings during peak season.

Arrival & Departure: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please let us know your planned time of arrival.

Payment Options: The Beach House accepts cash, traveler's cheques, personal cheques, VISA and MC. Cheques payable to Ellie Thorburn.

Smoking Restrictions: We limit smoking to outdoor areas only, with a courteous distance from doorways and other guests.
