SALT SPRING ISLAND ACCOMMODATION

THE BEACH HOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST

FULFORD

Although there is not a map as such for Fulford (you hardly need one), our funky little village has lots of offerings and great eclectic shops that are definitely worth a browse.

As mentioned under the FOOD SCENE, Rock Salt Restaurant & Café is a fine eatery that is open from 6 AM – 9 PM. Lots of take out goodies for the ferry or full service meals.....whatever suits your needs.

Morningside Organic Bakery is full of delicious treats.......great for a pick up picnic to enjoy at Ruckle Park.

The Wardrobe is a real find, chuck full of clothing, jewellery, accessories galore, tie dye.......however, there is such a selection, you do need some time to really look.

Jambalya could be called "The Mad Hatter" for its fabulous diverse selection of hats and it displays a great selection of beads.

Stuff and Nonsense is so aptly name.....it is full of treasures! Don't worry if you miss the ferry, there is another sailing in just two hours!

Salt Spring Kayaking is housed in the Yak Shack next to The Rock Salt Café. They offer bike and kayak rentals as well as tours.

And, of course, every village has a general store stocked with just about anything you might need, and we have our own Patterson's which also has gas pumps.

Swans, ducks and Canada geese, eagles, herons~ all frequent our beach, only eleven steps away. Be sure to bring your camera.
